Looking For Purpose.

A sense of purpose in life is essential and the deeper, the better. It provides one with a sense of dignity and certainty which is key in uncertain times. What is needed is hope, optimism, forgiveness, kindness, and a deep sense of all belonging.

It is what wakes you up in the morning. It is what gets you out of bed without second thoughts, without negations. It becomes such a part of your day that there is no morning battle. This is something we are all involved in different ways.

It was something big that I dealt with as a child growing up and now can understand it much deeper. It allows me to shake it off and protect myself from emotional disturbances or get back on track much quicker. 

There is an understanding where time is not part of the equation. Most of the time, we create time. We make things more difficult than what they need to be. So there is a part of letting the world be the world as you embrace your healing journey and have mercy for all. Only those who walk in the shoes truly know that person and path in life.

The curiosity of ones purpose in life is a saving grace. Turning away from trouble and devoting yourself to constructively using your energy and attention is very wise. And so the sense of purpose goes beyond oneself as they realize the contributions that have allowed them graces in life.

Development in spiritual practice as the major aim is that relationship with the essence inside yourself, all that is.

Allowing My Life Together, Whole, In Divine Order.

Allowing my life together in divine order, whole as I truly am. Life is in the moment and what do we really need in this moment. There are many things that we have been taught and sometimes we need to unlearn something. There is something to this movement of minimalism, to the experiences of life. There is also a part to ownership and responsibility. So where do we find that balance and harmony inside of our self. How do we know that our life is in divine order.

They say that we use the first half of our life here accumulating things and later on in life parting with things. There may be a trend towards, what we call, hoarding. What is the spiritual meaning here because we live with these things that we accumulated. Not only that but we have many people trying to give other people things without realizing what they are doing. We have been very unconscious and abusive. This is not to put down, to help in divine order. That we do not need to experience life like this, that it has been placed upon us without realizing. There is an energy to everything as everything is energy. So, what is the energy of these things.

You may have heard of the saying about emptying ones cup. What does this mean? In terms of divine order, sometimes we can create obstacles to that. Maybe others are creating that for us without us realizing. This is a focus for me right now as I realize the constant obstacles and patterns showing up. Getting real acquitted with the energies that I have been dealing with my whole life here so far. Learning on how to move through that, even if it may be, what one would say, the mud in life. What is the mud in life?

The mud, the crap in life, is the lower quality stuff that is best for fertilizer to something else. And we serve or dish whatever is inside of us so the higher quality within, the higher quality we can actually serve. So what is the process of transforming the lower quality within to higher quality. The importance of ones spiritual practice, is not about proving or showing anything to anyone else. It is about you living your dreams here now. Building and designing a beautiful life, consciously. It may take years and that is okay, it is your healing journey. Through many years of building inner strength, going out into the world and retreating back within, I have transformed much within me. Through that I have developed great self worth as I rid the crap within. Ridding the crap within helps open one up to the blessings of life that are always present.

So it may not always be about going speedy fast as much as it is about expanding ones awareness. Do you really know where you are in life and where you want to go. Are you really on track to your highest dreams? The answer is not always yes just as that plane has to constantly readjust back on course, so do we. And it is very risky to depend on others to keep you on your course or path in life. What is your path in life. What is the path that you have been taught? Are there any obstacles in the way. This is about emotional intelligence and thinking logically out of anything. Rising up to the challenge of life that other people may try to put you in a box and it is your responsibility to get out of that back, not in anger.

Are the people telling you how to live your life truly happy with theirs? And even so, you have your own life to live so maybe you are not happiest living like someone else. Who said that we have to have life figured out so early in life by following a per-planned mass produced course.

Eat That Frog, Keep Picking It Up

We are healing, eat that frog. Do what you have been really avoiding and open up the floodgates of success in your life today. How does that sound? You know, one of the things that I have been thinking about is marketing, in a different way that provides massive innovative quality value. The kind that you didn’t even know before but complete helps you change your life and others for the best in all. So to create first enjoyable and second needle moving content. There is a lot of the same stuff being talked about in a way. The personal development field has grown a lot and entered many other fields. Though it may be easy to get a life coach certificate, who really knows life? What is life? When is it more than just words. We do need something we can feel in our hearts, something genuine.

This is a question that I have been asking myself for awhile now. What is life? I have gotten to a very deep understanding inside myself and continue. And right now, just complete surrender inside the self. So what is really holding me back? Doing the few steps that are consuming your mind though have been unwilling to face. The power in reviewing, working on content about report card. Which, is part of the Holistic Being Coaching Program. This is a place where I can communicate, express, build and share. You see, a big part of the healing journey is developing ones focus and concentration to do what is necessary in the moment. Using what one may call, choice-less awareness. Developed myself great with words and excited to pursue more colorful painting. I hope to help others with writing and reading to help develop ones intellectual abilities. It is about reprogramming yourself to become success in your life, which what Internal Arts Mind is about. The temple will act for the community and tribe. Happy to receive clarity and understanding in the origination of mental clarity and acuteness. One of the things we are all searching for.

Eat that frog, do what can really move the needle in your life. Do what you really want to do. You are where you are so you either allow the peace within or not. And the spiritual challenge, teaching is to be at peace anywhere you go. Learning this on a much deeper level of trusting that I am where I am needed, complete surrender in service. There was a point in meditation where I realized that I very well could just be sitting in a temple right now, dreaming myself as Shane. Just like the zen story of the master who woke perplexed as to whether or not he was a man or a butterfly dreaming the other to be. Which reminds me of butterfly books, a childhood book store, maybe a name someone can use, I like it.

This is a big teaching for the youth in what I have learned. The whole process of getting in action, pursing to do what you love and in the process, love what you do. It goes hand in hand, one hand feeds the other. So to get to that place inside of you where you are truly doing what you love to do, you have to cultivate love and compassion somehow. Understanding that the majority of people are not doing what they love. They are doing something to make a living that provides them the life they want to live during off time. May everyone do what they truly love to do in their hearts. So it is important to be aware and careful of what we say is resonance. Especially in the morning, we have our own morning practice as part of the coaching programs.

Meaning that you have to find the security inside yourself. Along the way, you will meet people who have given up and will call you names in the defense of them not pursuing their dreams anymore. So it begins with knowing that you have a dream. I have a dream and building the will to pursue, even peacefully fight for it to become a reality. It does not require you to go out in the world and sell other people on your idea of you. You have to become your best idea of you. But first have to develop that best idea of you, that ideal. Developing your own personal philosophy of life. So eating that frog can be mental training in some form that may not feel comfortable. To challenge yourself and grow through it because that is true self pleasure, fulfillment. Every living thing either grows or not so part of its purpose is to grow. This is a very simple way we can start to live more on purpose as we pursue to know our specific purpose here.

Eating that frog can be calling someone, writing a letter, or even painting. One of the great daily practices is going for a walk. Like in the morning and say 20 minutes after a light meal. Whatever helps build momentum in your life. There is the part of becoming someone in the world and we do this by making sacrifices. We trade our time for activities that hopeful help us become and live our dreams, we form habits. And a big part of the healing journey is building more constructive habits. Not missing the point here because the whole point of doing healing work is to heal. There may be times where we get so caught up that we are doing healing work just to do work or something. Kind of like how we spend money just to spend money even though that is not what it is designed for. This is part of the healing process to get out of hard work. Working more on feeling worthy and deserving rather than prove our love through time spent and or activities done. Life is lived at a frequency but that is not what life is, time spent. We can say that life is made up of time and space though that is only in mans mind, there is something beyond that. There is a reality where time and space do not exist.

We form habits and build a lifestyle to live a certain life. Often times we may be influenced by others to live a certain life. My path has been to find my own express in life. There is no need to be afraid of growing up and building a life of habits, of responsibility. Building your schedule because that is how you build a life that we are all hoping to live. Understanding that you can change it. You do not have to continue complaining about your life. If you find yourself expressing in that manner then you know it is time to change. And for anything outside to change, there needs to be internal change.

Anyone can become strong inside themselves. There may have been a lot of bullying so this is not to make anyone feel funny inside. In fact, this is to help those who may have felt paralyzed and dream of it someday. It begins with knowing that you have a dream and using your will to pursue it, make it a reality. Keeping good records and going back reviewing to make proper adjustments for accelerated manifestation.

There Must Be More To Life – Dare to Dream

There must be more to life, dare to dream. This is a great way for me to express and communicate, building. Realized to use the temple for building the community, very exciting. One of the key concepts used for success has been moving quickly. There is truth to that as it aligns with divine order and structure. Organization and structure have been very important components of my life here. So, making sure that you implement reviewing and adjusting when necessary for divine order.

There comes a point when you wonder if there is more to life. When you wonder if there has to be more to life than just hard work. It is almost like, many have been born into this word struggle. Does it have to be so, is there a more aligned way to achieve and fulfill? Studying and being mentored, it has taken me awhile to understand consultations. What it truly means to sit down with someone that can help you better identify what it is that you exactly need right now. This is very powerful in today’s world where it may seem like many are aggressively campaigning a specific message. To get out of this clock time rat race of thinking what you want or need is far far away and that you need to work really really hard to get it. That you need to call and sell people on your idea of life. There is a part of selling that comes when one truly believes inside themselves, that you are selling others on themselves.

There may be many that even promote themselves as one that does though do they. That is ones own business and that is how someone gets to that level inside themselves. It may take time to build and be elegant though staying on point, building one stone at a time. This is about touching one heart at a time, that is what I am blessed with. It is just what is on the inside that matters and sometimes we have to take the time to clean up ourselves. There is no need to worry about others as that is not our responsibility, our responsibility is to trust inside ourselves that all is well at one point inside the self. I have a dream, note to self, write about that empowering statement to self.

This is the approach that we have been taught. To go out into the world and save it. We have to be careful of taking on others karma. Our responsibility is to take care of our own karma. That if someone wants to become more in life, give more, that they must go out in the so called world right away. A sense of urgency can be very beneficial though self knowledge is the true power, as everything is love. I took a different approach with proper training, i just started sitting where I was. So we can go out in the world and become alive because of the world or we can find the life inside of us right now. The more we entertain the idea that this life we are trying to live is far off, the more suffering we create inside ourselves. What belief must we hold for that to manifest in our reality?

Embracing your own healing journey, focusing on you rather than other peoples stories in life. At one point, have to figure out your own story. Getting deeper into the meaning of success is one step away, meaning that there is no need for 1,000 steps today, you just need the right one today that puts you in the right direction. Even so, maybe the journey of 1,000 steps is really only one with the proper awareness and perceptive of no perceptive. So do you dare to dream? Dare to think bigger than your current perceptive and experience of reality? Dare to use your imagination to draw new things into your experience of reality? Dare to operate out of pure imagination to resolve and heal your families story?

What Are You Working On?

What are you currently working on today? This can be a very empowering question and Internal Arts Mind hopes to be empowering to the ones that want to do good in the world. The light is for the day, in the open, so everyone can see. And, it is up to us to journey inside the self to awaken that light inside ourselves. There may be a lot of bullying going on in the world and maybe we have been taught the wrong approach. It is okay because we can look at it in a neutral way. It does not mean that there is something bad with it just that it produces harm.

Internal Arts Mind hopes to help others look inside themselves for the answer in their life. Growing up, we may be taught to look outside of ourselves which may work for some time though can be exhausting at one point. There is a point where we must journey back to source. What do we really have in this moment? Who are we? Who am I? These are the type of questions we will be exploring here though it is not up to “me” to provide you, your answer. I can point the way though it is you who must awaken the true master inside yourself.

The intention of this post was to post as I was reviewing as saw that I have not posted for awhile. What I can do is be real, honest and willing to do what is right in this moment. That is what we have, this moment. Now, I do not intent for it to be a long post as I intent to build momentum, I still have my top 3 in mind. Sharing what has helped me and continues to do so, The Works of Brian Tracy have deeply impacted and touched my heart in a positive manner as it continues to deepen. I have become an affiliate of some of his programs and will be promoting them in ways. I am always actively working on other partnerships and sharing my journey of becoming more professional. I have sought to build a professional creative career for awhile and have been going through a deep healing journey to clear myself of anything that my hinder. In fact, I have been in and out of university and college a lot, hahahaha. Will have to write about that, helping to inspire others into divine action now to better serve the world.

So, the point of this post is, what am I working on today, right now? Brain Tracy talks about the top 3 priorities one has for the day. In fact, to be truly successful, one should prepare the day before. Sitting here at the local gathering place cafe, I nailed mine down to my top 3 projects for the main business. The 21 Point Meditation Experience, The Unvarnished Truth Circle and consultations. I do admit that Master has mention several times for me to soley focus on the 21 point, so that is a given. Though a lesson in this post is also about reviewing, which we will expand upon in more about our report card in life. The more that we can face the numbers, the so called pain, we can take care of it. It is just that we might have been taught the wrong approach in life. And, we just need to start practicing an approach that does no harm if that is what we hope for in our experience.

At the end of the day, you have to live and be happy with your life. Other people may put off what they need to do to live the dream in their heart. What are you really working on and where is it bringing you. I tried to do the common approach, path to life and it just was not for me. So, I am here sharing and helping others find their own way in life. If you feel something in your heart, take care of it and appreciate it. Take time to ask the right questions that move you on your path and listen to that innermost part of you that will never leave you.

Find Out What Works For You and Work On The Process, Joyfully.

What is the purpose, what is the purpose of it all. Finding what works because at the end of the day, it works. Finding your voice and enjoying the process. At the end of the day, it is what you did with the day inside yourself. The progress you make within and how you make it. Sometimes we wrestle with ourselves, like we think it is worse than what it really is. Or, that we think we are not good enough or no one will want to hear what we have to say. Maybe a core theme is being heard. Ultimately these are just some thoughts that I am sharing with you that I have to be at peace with. That I am developing in a process for self actualization. The facts are that I was the audience, I still am. And what is this all about, to make it a great experience. I know how life changing it can be, it saved my life. And it really takes more than that, to not just survive but to thrive. To be more proactive with health and well-being.

It makes such a world of difference, night and day. There are cycles and patterns in life and so we can create positive or negative cycles and patterns in our life. It can be wise to take a step back and ensure those are positive in our life. To reflect and clean up anything. Forgiveness is not something we do when it is called for. It is a daily practice of self love, care and nourishment. The web is weaved deep and there are many things we are unaware of. What we can see is that there is a lot of harm being done in the world and few people taking responsibility to do something positive. There is also a lot of good being done. Meaning, there is a lot of room for growth and awakening. A growth mindset is a healthy mind. The research with neuroplasticity is very inspiring and that is what Internal Arts Mind is about, in reprogramming the mind.

That is what sparked my journey when I pondered, what if I could reprogram my mind for happiness since I realized that I was not happy. The rabbit hole is very deep and it all comes down to each individual. What motivates them and how do they best learn. Are they visual, audio or kinesthetic type of person. There are many great works that have contributed and inspired. Immersion and engagement are key aspects to make our learning stick. Self sabotage is real and we can play that out subconsciously on many different levels. Finding out what works for you, today. It works, and so we have to make sure that we are working with it because we are it. Part of the purpose of this is not only help you reprogram yourself, to help me reprogram. I am learning more and more how important review is. There are so many aspects that I have learned, in that learning is a superpower. Though, first, in today’s time, we have to be careful of what we are consuming and the different types of chemicals. Programs being released.

What is this about, this is about honest self expression. It is about finding your expression. Being able to put yourself out there and then readjust as necessary. One of the core practices that I have done is to go out in the world and retreat to regain inner strength. Ultimately we have to live with ourselves. We can not sell or move out of the mind body temple. There is no off button. There is no, oh, I don’t like this so I am going to just quit. That is a toxic and harmful attitude towards life. One of the beginning points is to just work on developing a positive attitude towards work and doing in general, in taking care and loving. In being able to do things without looking for anything in return. To take care of yourself, happily. And part of that, in a economic society, is to make money to put food on the table.

We want to look into this deeper, to not just make money but to do good in the world. Money is a tool to help us take care of the world. Not to get into any specific religion but it is not hard to see that we are, in fact, some type of care taker for this world. And the more that we just stand around talking about this word called global warming not looking within, the more we destroy ourselves. So, as I have been cleaning up my closet, cleaning up my life. I am sharing and helping others do the same. Asking yourself, what is working and improving the process, system. Because in business, it is well known by now that it is in continuous improvements that create wonders through time, not in the people but in the process that guides. There is a lot that I have been working on to be released in life coaching and meditation. So, a great practice is to look at what is and what is not working in your life. To stop and remove the things that are not working in your life. Looking at self sabotage and how clutter can slow you down. What do you really need besides to fulfill your purpose. You can go without a meal or two but how long can you live with yourself knowing that you could of done and become more in life.

What Have I Always Wanted To Do?

What have I always wanted to do in life? Now, this may sound like a common question though we are looking to go deeper and so the first step is in knowing who we truly are. At Internal Arts Mind, we want to help inspire and promote self knowledge, awareness, health and well being for all. So making these as goals can help open up many beautiful doors for many. This is not just on a physical level but all aspects into one as they truly are. The importance of this is very critical for ones well being as they can go through life lying to themselves, telling themselves why they couldn’t of done something in life when the fact is that they are breathing and it is not over. You have time, you have the resources, you have the capability, now is the time to awaken the mindset, the consciousness.

Your dream is your dream and it is up to you to make it a reality in the midst of the old programming. It must become your magnificent obsession. Fear, failure, and rejection are your best friends, they are feedback and help you get closer to truly living your dream.

Let us face the truth. We all talk about living the dream. We can hide it inside and joke about how we came up short but that will not get us any closer. The only failure in life is giving up. Even time can be restored and made into gold in different ways once someone learns and transforms themselves. Everything is in divine time and is divinely guided. You can agree, disagree, or remain neutral. The question is, what do you really want to do?

That is what this article is about. To help you get what you want. But, first we must identify and build clarity upon what we want in life, what we truly want. We will go deeper than the average as this is not something common. Money does not equal success, money is a tool. Money will not make you happy per say, it is who you become and what it allows you to do as you are of service to the market place, to others.

Many people have gone through life thinking something specific was going to make them happy only feeling disappointment later in life. Many have been disappointed in their own eyes. This blog is getting deep into the journey of personal development and growth from direct experience. Embracing becoming a student of the universe. Learning from others so you do not have to make those mistakes or takes in life. We can do a re take but the thing is to get it in the moment. That is the goal here. To allow life to just live, free flowing.

So, let us talk about diving deeper into what we really want in life. What will support us in living a happy, healthy, and joyous life here. To really enjoy each other and our journey here.

Being of service, being useful, of value has always helped me feel good inside. We can have so many different stereotypes with classes and roles in society, in life. When the reality is that the first level of living is surviving. And that requires making a certain amount of money per year in today’s society. If you want to go live in the forest and not worry about society, that is your choice. You do not have to be so affected with the high pressure, stress, and worry. A big part of that is just people have yet to really learn on how to better manage themselves and how they deal with things in life. The first level is being able to make a living, doing what you enjoy doing. Something that is challenging yet secure in ways.

So an action step right now is to figure out what your yearly number is. What is the number for you to make per year so that you can live above water.

Now, what type of water do you want to live in?

If you do not do this action step, that is you. There is nothing stopping you but yourself in figuring out how much you need to make per year so that you do not have to worry about money to live.

This is a huge level where most are right now so there is nothing to feel ashamed about. This is the spiritual healing part that we are getting into. Building your self worth, esteem, dignity and somebodyness as Martin Luther King Jr would say. If you clean bathrooms, if you sweep the streets then gee golly, you be the best cleaner and sweeper this world has ever seen. No body can take that away from you.

These are great responsibilities to be taken care of. Are the wash rooms not priority number one, if we do not have clean wash rooms, then how can we be clean ourselves?

Health is great wealth and everyone truly wants to be healthy. So it is important to use your time wisely to take care of yourself. And to take certain positions in life, not for the money but for what it will help you become. Enjoyment and fulfillment come from challenging yourself and being of service to others. The first part is in showing up and we will be talking more about this.

Internal Arts Mind The Way of Success, meaning that you have to become the way of success in your life. It is the way of life. Thinking about brand identity and message, doing in the moment and getting things out. Being an inspiration to others in pursuing their dreams. This is what Internal Arts Mind is all about. It is something that I am still figuring out myself though I know that it has been given to me years ago as something very special. That finding myself, building a spiritual and meditation practice has saved my life in many ways. Mentorship and coaching have been an integral part of my life. So yes, the meditation offering is important. What is your focus? Focusing more on service and being of help to others. What do we really need? We need to fulfill our purpose and the more that we can step into that, the more we can step into our greatness.

Becoming obsessed in a good way, through the realization and commitment of ones purpose. Going through the day, through the motions is not good enough. We have to start thinking about what we are thinking about, bringing deeper awareness to consciously co create our ideal life here. Happiness and fulfillment are so important. Seeing how miserable people are with an unfulfilled life is quite the motivator. A quiet desperate life is not for me. And how do we live a life fulfilled in the midst of that. It is nice to walk away from the 5% though 5% is a small number and doing that may take some time. How to really get inside your own head and not let others dim your light so that you can be a sign of hope for others.

What of my standard questions right now is what are you working on. It is nice to catch up and everything so what are you working on. It is important to be motivated and driven in your life to take care of yourself, a sign of health. Feeling unmotivated to take care of yourself is a sign of being unhealthy. A sign of poor appetite is a sign of being unhealthy. Not a doctor in any way, at this point at least. Though have a lot to share in developing spiritually. It is important to be proactive in life otherwise neglect can pile up. And a lot of people may be finding themselves in a hole so to speak so how do ease the feeling of being overwhelmed, like there is no hope. Need to understand to build that sense of hope everyday, that sense of possibility that things can change for the better. There are great days ahead, be happy. It is great to be alive, be happy.

What is holding you back?

Where are you right now? This is important to ask yourself at one point in time.

In some systems, the focus on reducing bottlenecks in the process provides extortionary results.

We may keep on keeping on and expect different results without knowing what is going on or investigating for ourselves. Un-met expectations can create a lot of feelings of frustration and disappointment. Expecting more from others than ourselves is foolish.

There may be a lot of activity in the world though that does not mean the world is moving quickly. The whole idea with the healing journey is understanding that your life is your life. And to begin to understand that for yourself requires introspection and reflection, looking inward.
